No pet accessory is indestructible. Toys, collars, harnesses, leads, beds, bowls, grooming items and other accessories should be inspected regularly for signs of wear, damage or loose parts. Discontinue use immediately if a product becomes damaged or unsafe.

5. Orders

10. Returns, refunds and exchanges

For change-of-mind returns, items must generally be unused, clean, undamaged, in original packaging and in a resaleable condition, unless otherwise stated in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
For hygiene and safety reasons, some products may not be eligible for change-of-mind return if they have been used, opened, soiled, damaged, worn by a pet, or are no longer in resaleable condition. This does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law if the item is faulty or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee.
